Good morning fit fam, Happy Monday. Tweaked my hamstring during sprints Saturday so had to play it safe with my leg day this morning. Starting my mass gain phase next week so ill be only doing one leg day this week. Chest day on deck tonorrow, DONT SKIP MONDAY!
