I know you guys don't know me, and maybe this will help one person but I strive to be my best every single day. I have taught/ taken taekwondo for 18 years. I have a degree in health and exercise science . I fell off the wagon as far as bodybuilding goes when covid hit. I went from a 185 pounds middle weight professional muay thai kickboxer to retiring and losing 22 pounds. @ 163#'s I'm fast as hell sparring but there's hardly any muscle. Today marks day 40 and I'm 178#'s. I inspire my students everyday as they are rooting me on to test for my 4th degree blackbelt october 7th. I was shot by a random drive by in my arm (through and through ) with a 9mm this past february and it made me stronger. I've been in a car accident that left me in a coma. Through all my trials and tribulations , i am a strong mother ******. Be your own inspiration . Persevere and take action, you got this .

4 days. I cant wait. My plan to restart sunday is in the trash, last 2 days working at the port and tomorrow we start at 1pm and most likely wont stop until 7am Sunday. Monday is international chest day, so I must avoid starting my routine on Monday. So, back to the original plan, 2 full weeks off. This next year in the gym tho, I'm expecting exponential growth.

Proof I am working not just posing. Pic of rom. DL came out more graphic than intended. Maybe in a couple weeks i will get to upgrade to regular heavy deadlifts. One can only hope.

My Made in the USA (Herrin IL) dumbbell set, 10-70# arrived today replacing the off shores I have. Stainless steel, no welds. Unpacking the two levels, thinking on the word “dumbbell,” I arrived at the non-original thought or opinion that the real dumbbell’s are the folks that believe outsourcing production of vital goods (eg semiconductors for starters) is wise. And in the process signing a “suicide pact” financing the activities of - in fact - our strategic and real adversary.
