My hit cardio was the Jacob's ladder then the elliptical.. definition of sweating... when I was done... I showered on the coldest water setting and even after that was still sweating... bybthe time I got home my shirt was wet lol

Whats good fit fam. Happy Saturday! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Today, I completed 10 min jump rope, 4 rounds of boxing, followed by an intense full body workout. Work schedule has been all over the place and messing with my workout time. Glad to get it in when I can. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much Love Everyone

Hit some trails with my buddy and one of his friends. Took alot of breaks waiting for people to catch up 😅so we were out longer than normal. Almost 10 miles of trails and 2 joints to keep my spirits up. Was not a bad afternoon at all!
