Well everyone after a year i decided to start back playing softball and working out. Well i have gotten a little older and i feel like i am completely out of shape. I have been walking and trying to job for the past three weeks. I also have been hitting softballs and played one tournament. both have been doing great but i can’t get rid of being sore. I am currently 34 years old. I am at my second highest weight of 275 pounds. I need some advice on how to get rid of the soreness and get my fat butt back in shape. Soreness is killing me…
