Hammies n back all done ✔️... very warm gym so fun time... very happy hitting 90kg on the Prime Extreme Rower!! The teenage crew just looked at me 🤣🤣 seated leg curl now 55kg for 2 sets getting stronger! Food increased now but cardio reduced ! Happy days. Lets get swole 💪 Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧

Got my workouts during vacation as walking and hiking. Had a lovely time with my wife visiting Asheville, NC and the Great Smokey Mountains. Saw an Elk and a Bear which is great, because when we got to the top of Clingman’s Dome we couldnt see any mountains! 🤬😂🤣 Next time we’re going to the Great Clear Mountains. 🤓🤓

Happy MuscleMonday!!! The thought for the day is love yourself because you are the only person that you will spend every waking moment with and be in your head in the conscious and unconcious moments. The workout today was HIIT cardio for active recovery.
