4.51 mile run along the coastal trail. I don't typically like to run before lifting, but there was a break in the rain. Easy run since I was starting off with energy & my legs weren't already thrashed from hitting the weights first. I may run first more often. 😂

Transformations don’t happen overnight. There is NO quick fix, stop buying into the ******** fads. A strong mind, consistency, patience, hard work and a total lifestyle change makes this happen.
