Some quick work before the fights tonight. Who else is watching #ufc #ufc246 tonight? - 20.6% body fat. 1 mo 3 weeks postpartum. Tracking weight but I don’t put emphasis behind weight. - Reverse lunge to curtsy lunge. Single (stiff) leg dl with row. These are challenging for me postpartum. Super uncoordinated and lost a lot of mobility from exercise restrictions. Rotational shoulder press. Rear delt flys. (⬅️all shown). Curls. Hammer curls. Front raises. Lateral raises. - Still working predominantly light weight.

Saturday: Winter has returned so today's workout -- after the weekly chiropractor visit -- was clearing the driveway and cars ... twice. Second time was a bear because the temperature went up and the snow became like lead ... great weights workout, ;)
