08/17 - Legs Leg presses Stiff leg deadlifts Seated leg curls Leg extensions You're never too old to learn new things. After reading of big Mike Vanwyck on this site, I watched several of his videos and attempted to utilize his execution of exercises. Did I nail the techniques? Probably not perfectly, but it did make a big difference. Now to hobble to my vehicle.
