Here is my Skillet review for Dominion, their new album. I love Skillet, but let us be honest for a minute. There are usually three or four good songs on an album, and the rest is filler. The last two albums followed a formula. But this is good from start to finish. They took risks that really work, and it feels fresh. White Horse and Destroyer are two of the most innovative songs they have written. I dare say this is the best Skillet album to date, and I do not think they will top it.

Triceps day. 110 lb on fat rope pull downs flaring at bottom. Gotta stay on the ball, LOL. Pelican being a pelican got this grab shot on a pause. We had a stare off of sorts LOL

Chest and Back Day... For a Sunday! This was just my quick routine ... No new numbers, but I did get a good pump out of it! My 100 bodyweight squats and calf raises ... Day 7, 2X20 crunches, leg lifts, and hip thrusters will happen tonight. I don't foresee a walk coming ... But who knows?! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I'm always here for an ear. 🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Mask up, please .... This new variant is something else! Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
