A fit fam friend here suggested looking at Ronnie Colemen, The King on Netflx. I cried, I laughed, I took notes, I was inspired. Ronnie Coleman is not bumper slogan producer. I will not be the same person as a result of looking at this, in the gym or outside of it. MetroFlex gym in Arlington (Dallas), next time I am there which will be soon, I am going. On one of the camera pan in the gym showed, in this hard core roll up door place (gyms should have roll up doors to the outside and Flags) the verse from 2 Samuel 22:40 emblazoned in big letters on the wall: "You armed me with strength for battle; you humbled my adversaries before me." Ronnie Coleman, in a world of cupcakes, whiners, back biters, horrible people, folks without any qualities that are worthy of emulation, Ronnie Coleman shines forth. He is humble, funny and is no stranger to work. He was also a Policeman. Much respect and more for him and the Man he is.

I'm praying for his family. His amazing daughter was one of the others who were in the helicopter with Kobe. I wish we knew the names of the others but I pray for their families too. 💔🙏🏼 😢
