Did bootcamp and stationary Bike. I bought a dictionary and when I got home, I discovered all the pages where blank. I couldn't find the words to tell you how angry I was!!

Hi Everyone! I did a quick metcon workout , 30 sec cardio, 1 min strength intervals this morning. Then walked to the store (2 miles round trip only) and got my girls each a donut and some other things. Today I am going to Bratfest with my oldest. They have some local bands there that I like, and some yummy bratwurst. 😁 Hope you do something fun today! Have a great one! 🌞
