Ok, after 8 hours of studying I have the answer. Eggs. Best all around weight loss and maintenance and bulk up protein. The healthline top 20 weight loss foods are the same genre of the Mr. Olympias meal selection. I found a match. Little tips and pointers to get us right with our diet.
