Soo! I am getting heavily into inverted yoga which requires the strength to hold your own body weight. This is obviously causing muscle gain (which I am loving), however it is changing the mental game for me. Do you tend to weigh heavier or even tend to bloat the day after a good workout sometimes? Just trying to learn whats normal for you to help me adapt to my new normal.
