Shoulders/Back day I found out via friend the state record here for deadlift is only 315 pounds RAW, I'm going to beat it by 150+lbs in July! Happy Thursday guys, keep believing in yourself at the end of the day THEY don't care. 💪🏻

Only did calesthenics and a walk. Youngest had his first day back to school(very weird schedule). We are going to have to start early workouts again cuase mom cant get up at different times all week, she needs one start time
