Leg day for the lower humps. A mix of heavy and light with varied rep ranges. Belt squat, seated squat machine, db rdls, leg curls, leg extensions and glute/ham raises were some of the activities.

Enhance your skills, put in the time, and make tactical plans for the next few steps. Then, based on what happens, look one more move ahead and adjust the plans.” Tomorrow, I will ‘plan’ to ‘enhance’ my strength by a mostly-all-bodyweight training program, by ‘put(ing) the times and adjust ‘the next few steps.’ (Or lifts).
