Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my Monday lunch escape. Isolation edition. Fun with dumbbells and cables. Did 5 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 5 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 5 sets of cable crossovers, 5 sets of cable iron crosses, 5 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms), 5 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 5 sets of V-bar triceps push-downs. First time using DB's for chest since my forearm injury - over two months! Took it kind of light topping off with a pair of 45's. Got to 125 lbs X 10 on the cable crossovers and 100 lbs X 10 on the triceps push-downs. Arm felt a little tight in the crease, but otherwise it's good! Hope that everyone had a nice Monday.
