Evening greetings fit fam. it was chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Strength and isolation. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of Hammer strength decline leverage press, 4 sets of incline DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one that doubles as a reverse fly machine), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of WG triceps push-downs and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with that hammer curl finish. PR on the DB triceps kickbacks today with a pair of 30's X 10. A bit conservative on the chest work. Left shoulder giving me a bit of grief. All in all a pretty decent workout!
