05/26 - shoulders and traps. Doing the prone thing. Working out while laying down....hummm. Anyhow, it was dual cable pullbacks, front raises and laterals. Moved on to overhead presses then back to reverse pec-dec, barbell front raises and dumbbell laterals. Finished up with traps, using dumbbell shrugs as the exercise of choice.
