TOO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE AGING OR ILLNESS MEANS DECLINE. NO IT’S AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME HEALTHIER & STRONGER. When your doctor releases you to full activity, it’s time to ease back into your workout groove. Right? A lot of us has probably been there, done that! UPDATE: Today I pumped out a dumbbell upper body 5-Superset. On the last set, bumped the Reps up to 15 on all 5-exercises!

that long workout spill was something i written up for a good friend super beginner .. i have learned alot through my many years. and one thing is, trying new workouts learning a thing or 2 from each workout, and over time the main GOLDEN MINE hit is when you LEARN ABOUT "YOUR OWN" BODY and from there you can give your body what it need, treat it how it need to have the results you desire!
