I had kind of a tough day yesterday, one of those days where I felt the need to binge on some comfort food. In this case, an XL size Mr. Goodbar. I know, it could have been worse, but I had been doing so well nutritionally. I got back on the horse today, and tomorrow, I get to work my favorite body part. Back day with a side of biceps. Looking forward to that. Now, trying to find a scary movie to watch, other than The Conjuring. Love that one, I've seen it so many times that I should give it a break today. Haha.
