Hi, All! I am coming back! I found out the chronic pain I had been experiencing since a 2005 car accident needed to be dealt with. Sought advice from two chiropractors and had tests and x-rays done. Due to not having rehab at the the time , I have whiplash with a bone spur in my cervix, my spine has scoliosis, at least one of my ribs did not heal correctly when it broke and same goes with fractured pelvis.... All can be corrected!!! So me being proactive decided to return to my roots of yoga. I haven't eaten bef or pork in 29 years, decided to eliminate poultry, reduce fish significantly, little to no dairy, little to no oils or butters, almost no processed foods, mostly whole foods and plant based. Intermittent fasting taking in food only between 2p & 9p supplementing with B-12, Iron, Calcium, Vit D3, & Omega 3. Reintroducing Strength, Weight, and Cardio this weekend. Pain has gone from 7-9 to 0-2. Feeling Fantastic!!!!
