So today was leg day almost reached 200 lbs on the belt squat machine. My goal is to hit 350 lbs on the belt squat by the end of the month.

There was an hour and a half in the gym i could nit record for arms, legs and abs gir another 460 calorie burn.

Arms,Delts and Calves. Very high volume, these workouts take a very long time but I enjoy training so its really nothing. I will say that after today I see I can probably push myself a bit more and I intend to do just that. That being injury prevention is always a main priority. The goalnis to workout as hard as I can without injury or overtraining.

I'm proud to be an American. The 4th of July is not meant to celebrate politics and political views, it is meant to celebrate our freedoms and honor those who sacrificed their lives so that we can be free... freedom of speech, freedom to own guns, free to live how we choose... Most people don't know how it is in other countries. Most people don't know that the rights we have, are not shared in other parts of the world, some just take it for granted. People come to the U.S. from all over the world because their countries don't offer the opportunities we can. They want to live the "American Dream." We all want to live the "American Dream." Just remember, the United States of America is more than politics. We are not celebrating government; we are celebrating FREEDOM and those who fight and have fought for it.
