Throwback Thursday 2013 was a really fun year for me. Got heavy into endurance sports and finished the year with 3 5ks, 2 duathlons, 4 sprint triathlons, 2 OCRs, a half marathon. Then a full marathon in feb 2014. Truth be told I miss doing these races…I really enjoyed the training!! Might need to break out the old bike again and get lost in the training and just enjoy it all!! Doint ill evwr be competative but having a strong cardio system was great!! Nevwr gonna give up the weights but these were fun
