It's said that if you burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose one pound of weight. This translates into a reduction of 500 calories per day to lose one pound in a week, or a reduction of 1,000 calories per day to lose two pounds in a week. Well that works for some but for me burning an average of 20.000 to 30.000 calories and taking in 2024 calorie a day i just might loss a half of pound a week. Really
