Toothache for over a week, apparently due to clenching leading to nerve damage. Now I sleep with splints for arms and a mouthguard. I wonder if I should wear the mouthguard when I deadlift. What do you think? Dentist suspects I may have cracked a tooth from the pressure. I have been pretty stressed.
