GAINES ARE EARNED, NOT GIVEN. Your life will simply be as good as you allow it to be, through doing the exercises with consistency & resolve to make mostly healthy nutrition choices 5 to 6 portion size whole food meals/snacks a day. UPDATE: It felt good to return home to our air conditioning after tent camping. After unpacking, I decided it was time to take back control of my BFL healthy choices. Sat down and composed my Thursday UBWO plan. Then went to our fitness room and pumped out a 5-25. Lifted more weight each Set. On Set 5 I added on extra Reps!

Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Fab five - but switched it up a bit. Did: 5 sets of hack squats, 5 sets of leg press (used the traditional sled this time), 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of standing calf raises and 5 sets of lying hammie curls. Took the leg press up to 520 lbs x 10, 160 x 10 on the leg extensions. Hack squats (done last due to equipment availability) took a bit of a hit. Hate to love lag day, but I also hate to hate it. Hope that everyone had a great day. Four down and one to go for the week! Have a great night! Bob
