Don't be fooled, my abs aren't always pumped and poking out. Thats alright, if you're like me and in this for the health and wellness of it, then they don't need to be. I exercise for 3 reasons: 1. Health, above all. I've watched the men in my family die from preventable diseases, I refuse to idly wait for the same outcome. Eat healthy, keep a balanced life and exercise. 2. Ability. I dont need to bench 400lbs, why? Because I'll never need to push 400lbs straight up off me. I want to be able to move weight, pull myself up, push myself up, and evade quickly, and still be able to scratch my back. 3. Strength, not size. Having tight muscle groups that can perform past what they appear to be able to, is not only surprising but rewarding.

Well i did something stupid as i let my ego get the best of me.So what happened was a friend of mines who i haven't played basketball with in over six months told me to play with him against the guys who was bragging they could beat us in a pick up game. Long story short when your 49, and 54 yrs old men🥺, challenging two 30 yr olds isn't a great idea. Couldn't move for a whole week cause of the soreness.😱😵‍💫😶‍🌫️
