Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The thought for the day is that the best gift you can give to the world is your real, true authentic self. In a world full of phony and manipulative people be real. The world needs more real people. The workout today was 50 minutes on the glider and then 30 minutes of land mine squats with a lift at the top. I absolutely love my usual Tuesday workout of cardio and the lamd mine squats. It truly continues my Active Recovery that i do each Monday but it works every muscle group in the body and has helped me build the endurance and strength I need for my cardio and full body workouts that i do the other five days of the week.

All of us will have Great days, we will have Good days and we will have Bad days. If we pay attention we will always learn something NEW or something MORE overall on BAD days. You will learn more about yourself, relationships, life and principles and in turn build CHARACTER. During our down, dark, lonely try to understand that if we don’t go through those types of days, we wouldn’t be WHO or WHERE we are today. Challenge yourself to o figure out 1. WHO ARE and WHAT YOUR VALUE IS. 2. WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE HERE IN LIFE. 3. WHAT IS YOUR DESTINY WHILE YOU’RE BLESSED TO BE HERE!If you find yourself not knowing the answer to these questions, then it’s time to sit down and figure out some very important things in your mind, body and spirit.Understand that you are worthy of greatness. You have greatness within you. If you find yourself having a reoccurring thought or dream, then understand that it might be a sign that you need to take action and follow it.
