Hey everybody, just wanted to say I have become “one of those people” and have a Peloton bike. And I could not recommend it more! I love the cycling workouts, the HIIT cardio, Bike or treadmill bootcamps, yoga, stretching, barre—you name it. The strength workouts are OK, but not up to the standard that you and I would expect to really give you the DOMS. If you are looking for variety, give it a shot. You can finance the thing too, or just get the app on your tv or phone to use with an existing bike or tread. It’s like (I wanna say) $12 a month for on demand or group classes for everything. I have a NordicTrack tread, so the app works for runs on that well enough. And if you get/have one, I’m Sailorgidget on that one too!
