I took a week off from all training. I really needed a rest and reset. Nutrition is dialed in and tight (minus the glass of red wine I'm enjoying tonight). Ready to hit it hard on Monday!!!

Todays workout doubled as an amazing dressage lesson 🙌🏻 It’s basically abs, core, glutes, biceps and legs for an hour straight. Find fitness in your passion and you’ll workout gladly everyday 👌🏻 You’ll still be sore, you’ll still be tired, but you’ll fight for it harder. And it will payoff in more ways than one.

Vids on IG... Seated barbell press...185 x 2, 155 x 5, 135 x 5, 115 x 6, 95 x 10 x 2. So...I took a small fall yesterday and sprained my left wrist...yep, the good one!🤬🤬🤬 Wrapped it up like a cast and did what I could... Low incline rear laterals...45's x 12 x 4. Dumbell laterals...35's x 10 x 2, 25's x 12 x 2.
