I weigh myself almost daily and always wearing the same clothes (none) and on the same scale and at the same time each day, first thing in the morning. I wasnt surprised on Tuesday morning that i added back some pounds after eating quite well over the holiday weekend. Normally I fast on Mondays but this week i did it on Tuesday due to the Monday holiday. figured I’d drop a pound or so, but 3+ lbs seems a bit off. Anyhow my weight is bouncing between 166 and 170. At 167 my BMI is 23.6 which is on the upper end of normal for what thats worth. Which isnt much, but hey for the first time since (not gonna say) im considered normal!

Today is going to be a long one for me. Was called in to work early because my coworker couldnt make it in. My boys have two separate basketball practices to attend. One for each of them. I also have to get a workout in, put together the final arcade and cut my hair before the night ends and I have to get early for round two tomorrow. Not complaining at all. I live for this mess! 💪🏽😁

Hey Fit Fam! I am still alive and training. Had surgery in April due to my Crohns Disease. Coming back stronger 💪 I am going to be a Grandma in November as both of my daughter-in-laws are expecting. Hows everyone doing?
