Well, definitely sick, but I didn't feel so bad today. Going to adjust the rest of this week into next week and just move my start day to Monday for the following workout week. Felt like working out today and just took my time a bit more between sets, yet still kept the intensity. Didn't feel like I needed to lower the weight, and just worked out based on how I was feeling today. Plus it helped that I had a good nights rest today.

Been a tough week. Leg weakness worsened, carpal tunnel worsened in both hands. Started decompression therapy for my spine, took cortisone injection for my hand. Feel fat after lots of junk food and minimal exercise. Whixh of my legs looks bigger in the latest pic ?

So flex Friday for me was work on the car you just bought...... had to raise it a couple of inches.... this thing was so low I had a hard time driving up my driveway

Bis and Tris Day ... After a two day rest period (work got in the way!) My old standby! I got a good pump, but I can't seem to take good selfies! The arms did measure out to 16.5" / 42 cm ... Working on getting to 17"/ 43 cm! And ... I did three sets of EXTREME 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression .... to make up for missing on Wednesday and Thursday. Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It might just get you feeling good!
