Evening all. No workouts for me tomorrow. Work at 12pm. Doing a little rearranging in my place, so consider that an over body workout. Want to get most of it done before work, so i can finish up and relax. Sunday some schedule, but need to work more on my AB'S. Have afternoon shifts and back to my patrols starting Monday, so going to push my mornings getting my workouts. Miss the cables and machines, but until things get better. Workouts with what I have for now.
