Good evening fit fam. Shoulders, traps and abs today for my Monday gym kickoff. Supersets and one 3 station circuit. Two substitutions. Did: 4 sets of Arnold Press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of front, alternating DB raises, 4 sets of machine lateral raises, 4 sets of face pulls, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 200 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 40 second dragon flag hold. Strongest lift was the Hammer Strength behind the neck press - up to 140 lbs x 10. Biggest challenge were the machine lateral raises. Been a minute since I've attempted those. Paid extra attention to crunching the crunches. Very happy with today's productivity and pace! Hope that everyone had a great day!
