So I just ran Scott and I through an interval HIIT training of 4 X 30s/30s of RAM Squat Press - Sandbell Slams - CTG Burpees on RAMS - Battle Ropes - Sprints. We took about a 4 min rest in between the different exercises. He plans to run an obstacle course race with me and I gotta keep up my training for CG Games Finals
