Yesterday's late afternoon back and leg workout was was excellent. Heavy deadlifts were the highlight of the back session and leg press was heavy as well. I was whipped after almost 2 hours in the gym.

Still working out. I've been having a problem with my right arm for months now, almost a year actually I thought it was bicep tendonitis but today i finally found out that it's an inquiry to my anterior deltoid along with the spinatus muscle. This has been causing me to have a limited range of motion which means that i have not been able to work my shoulders or do incline bench press. Every other arm exercise keeps irritating my injury but I've been able to push past those other arm exercises. Today i saw a sports chiropractor and he assured me he could get the arm healed and soon. I can't wait to sleep without pain and be able to start getting my shoulders worked out to catch up with the rest of my arms.
