The other day i was feeling great, on cloud 9 with life. I posted a status mentioning to know your worth. But a day like today, how can i believe that? How can i be okay to look in the mirror? Feel good to be in my skin? I realized i am not okay. I struggle with Bipolar disorder, there. I said it. I have a bipolar disorder, i struggle with it so much. I fight myself against it bc of the stigma of being bipolar is basically saying one is crazy. But i know i am not. Im just me who struggles. Ive gained weight due to being very depressed, i cant cook in my kitchen bc of my OCD moments, i have racing thoughts, im never just ok. I live a happy life, but sometimes thats not enough. I wish i could be consistently ok. I have goals to be in great shape, but i end up sleeping, or recluse myself away from everything. This behavior is not healthy. Yes i see doctors, they're no help... let me rephrase, military docs are no help with behavior health. Its one thing to want to be in physical shape, but its more important to be in great mental health. Its a daily struggle. So if your reading this and can relate, i am here for you. I feel your pain, and you are in my prayers. You are not alone. Today is a brand new day, lets make this one count for our good days. Mahalo for your time reading this, and likes.
