Chest and Back Morning! Yes ... Morning! I thought that I with give the mornings a try. But ... I struggled, mainly because my joints were-a-clicking ... And I forgot to take my Aleve! (Aging sucks!) A somewhat heavy crowd (which surprised me) ... But ... Still people not fully masking their faces (later, they will wonder why the gym closed again ...) I had to go on mask patrol. 🙄 The pre-workout kicked in ... At the end of the workout. Still trying to build that illusive chest crest and that "v"-taper. Ugh. I did two sets of 22s ... All for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Just catching to from Monday ... We must always remember. 🙏 Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷 😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
