It was a bit chilly today...took a stroll thru the hood and burnt🥵💦 close to 8000kcals under an hour! Not bad. Gonna do a few supersets of Glutes+ ABs tonight. Have a beautiful day darlings... Later💋

Came h9me made 40g protein smoothie w 2 cups of spinach...drank my greens n juiced 3 key limes..all vitamins down the hatch...water water n more water til 6pm...then dinner n garage action!...right now sauna for 1 hr...stretching...

Last 4 days I've had some serious BOMBSHELL w/o's! Abs & glutes feeling tighter by the day. I'm actually getting pretty excited about taking my next set of progress pics 😃 Feels good to finally start breaking through the stubborn areas. Big plans tonight, an artist friend (I used to model for) is having her grand painting exhibit and I'm bringing my 16 yr old as my date. It's his 1st formal art event, it'll be quite an experience😎 Have an awesome day, FitFam!
