Quick strength workout. Single leg deads, resistance band pushups, front squats, upward rows, chest press kettlebell snatches, and a few other things. Pullups also. Even though I did full body for the Murph, my upper body has been shot since. But my coach pushed me & I got 35 banded & 15 fullbody. Felt soooo good. Now for pool time with my girl.
