Ok guys did a thing...slept in this am...cuz hubby wanted to be a big baby n cuddle n talk til 5am...so got up at 10am...was gonna do hiit fasted but i was hungry so...granola bar n nectarine...took my l carnitine..cuts fts...5lb ankle weights n waist trimmer on👍...was dripping...was really motivated cuz the scale finally moved...😄..1st meal will be 3 fried eggs n unlimited grass🤣
