Starting to get little cap guns.. 😂😂 i also moved up in weight this week and made it through my targeted amount of lunges. Dropped half a pound, but I'm figuring thats from adding cardio. Week 6 here we go! This week i am also beginning the transition to a meat free diet... wish me luck.
