Re-did the Insanity fit test today, hit some new PRs: 21 burpees in a minute (20 always felt like a ceiling) and hit 30 pushup jacks. But the really big win was after the workout when I got back home my neighbor asked me to help her move a BIG FRIDGE down TWO flights of stairs! AND, after that, LIFT it onto the TRUCK! (You know damm well you only get asked that if they think you can do it). I'll say this much after today: professional movers are worth every penny they charge.

It has officially been 1 year now since the developers have bothered with any kind of an update for this app. I dont expect they ever will. With the new IOS for apple coming in the next month or two i expect this app will no longer work at all. Sucks that bodybuilding.com would abandon its cusotomers like that, but it is what it is. It was nice knowing all of you. I apreciate all the support you have given over the years.
