During this so called pandemic my gym only closed for about a month but stopped child watch. So on the weekends i wasnt able to lift. I recently invested in a nordictrack vault system and today i did a full upper body hit program. It kicked my *** and i am pleasantly surprised due to it was very light wieght and body only

Happy Saturday fit Fam. Hit shoulders and arms, then hit the track for 12-60 meter sprints, and put air in my tires, all before 745am🙌🙌. Now time to recover until Monday. Have a great Saturday fit famn.
