Planning my comeback after a rare diagnosis and partial paralysis seemed easy. But the actual act of doing it, not so easy. Ive been back on my fitness journey for the last 4-5 months but The last 6 weeks Iâve not only pushed myself harder than ever and have held myself accountable. The results are starting to show and Iâm here for it. After my diagnosis I didnât want to be treated different or looked at as the âsickâ person.
