DAY 1: When you are GROUND Zero, it is hard to move beyond that point. When people around you "want" to lose weight, but consistently won't put in the work. I work 40+hrs a week, help out with dad's full pallative care, and pursuing my Master's degree and am exhausted. Goal for today: Stand for 30 mins each hour at work and get a yoga & web-based WO logged in after work. I have a new digital tape measure and Thursday I will be doingy DAY 1 basline PHOTOS, measurements, and WEIGHT. ISSUE: I can go from weight loss to a gain of 3-4lbs in 3 days. It really is discouraging, but I know what it is. This is why I rely heavily on a tape measure for my progress measure. Well I am going to a take a 3hr nap before work.
