Well ended the day 3rd place... Got cramp in my calf didnt help while posing. Judges feed back in a few days then decide where to go from.. i found out that ive got another 5.5kg room to stay in this class. But after looking at the other condition of the classic physique competitors, they was more softer looking allmost felt like i was in the worng class i looked more like the bodybuilders at the show. Dry hard not soft, maybe push up the weight take a year or so to grow and come back bigger and better and im planning on finding a posing coach in rhe future. I dont feel i need a coach for my training or nutrition but im thinking a professional posing coach would go a long way and be worth the investment. Thanks for the support.
