Good morning snd Happy Friday FitFam! Back and chest supersets this morning on the patio with bodyweight, bands and the kettlebell. Inverted rows (under the dining room table) 5x12/pushups 5x20. Kneeling lat pull downs with bands /lying one arm KB press 5x25. Straight arm pulldowns/standing cable flyes 5x25. Bent over one arm KB row 5x25/svend press with KB 5x12. Standing row/standing chest press 5x25. Supermans/diamond pushups 5x15. Shrugs with bands 5x20/Standing underhand band flyes 5x15. Hard to believe it’s been 10 weeks since I was last at the gym. Hopefully not much longer but at least I know I have a contingency plan, LOL.
