Well I'm happy to say I had my major surgery 2 weeks ago and sad to say my household, including me, tested positive yesterday for Covid. No cardio until I retest and come back negative. Thank God it happened after my major surgery.

System froze up on me yesterday, but working today. Made 1.9 Mil this week and only need 750K to get to 6 Mil for month. Ahead of schedule. Sticking to the grind and feel the heat. Making it count every day, so make it a great week FitFam.

took my dog for a walk this morning and will do some more walking though out the day at work
