HappyStrongSaturday!!! Today’s IG thought is that it’s more important to show your love for some versus just saying the words. Show your love versus just saying the words. Today’s workout was an insane 72 minutes of Farmers Carry on the treadmill for 4.0 miles. The first 50 minutes were at 3.3 mph, then 17 minutes at 3.5 mph then 5 minutes at 3.7 mph. Today is two weeks out from my 59th birthday.

Leg day! I slept in until 8, probably the latest I’ve slept in a few years, even on the weekend. My body’s enjoying a little extra recovery time. Today’s leg workout was good, but not great. The motivation wasn’t as high as usual, but that’s ok, every so often it happens. I didn’t skip leg day, so that’s a plus! Day off tomorrow, then back at it Monday morning! Have a healthy and safe weekend!
